Why does my oven keep switching off?

My Zanussi electric oven (ZDQ895) keeps shutting off. Sometimes it switches itself off once during use, sometimes five times, sometimes it doesn't switch on at all. Sometimes it stays on with no problem. The problem has become more regular though.
